♥ Thailand trip!
Oh my, even my cousin had blogged about this! D:
I got to catch up! >: ( Okay, don't say I didn't warn you. There's going to be truckloads of images in this post. Dozens of truckloads. If you have a slow connection, you better go get some hot chocolate and some cookies before proceeding.

One of the area at the airport has got lots of flowers decorated around it so my mum decided to take photo. But unfortunately her style of taking photo is the graduation type, super boring! So me and my cousin decided to show her how it's done.
Than my mum turned to me and said, "Oh is like that one meh? Okay, come we take photo." lol!

Anyway while editing the photos, I figured out a way of editing it such that I look like I got contacts on. hohoho!! Come I show you. (obviously just an excuse to post more camwhore photos.)

Thankfully, we reached our hotel safe and sound.

You guys haven been asking how come some of the background of the layouts I made isn't loading. I reckon it's because of the bandwidth issue. So here's the link to the images and please host them on your own. I have thousands of users using my layout and the bandwidth just isn't enough. So let's prevent the missing background issue from coming back.

♥ The story of Edgar Sawtelle
It's finally here! I've been waiting for this book for the past few days.
*turn on book worm mode*
Anyway, this book is recommended by Oprah Winfrey and is one of the novels in the Oprah book club.From what I heard the author, David Wroblewski, actually took 10 years to finish this book! He sure has alot of patience. T.T
So all that's left to do is to snuggle up on a comfy couch with a few cookies, a warm cup of milo with this book in my hands. I'm a happy girl. (:

♥ The reason why I broke up with you, you idiot.
Yes, we've all heard about the stories of how horrible the other half is from sobbing heartbroken snot-all-over-the-face girlfriends as well as sitting in one corner drinking themselves silly boyfriends. Stories of how bad your other half treats you and you getting dumped, I mean just look around, PLENTIFUL. But today we're not going to be crying in self pity, today I'm going to talk about why I dumped you.
Out of my.. erm.. two handfuls of relationships, I'll have to admit I did most of the dumping. Here's why.
1. The "paste your face on mine" kind of guy
So I get it, oh yes, I totally get the want to be "as close as possible to me" thing. But seriously, can you at least freaking keep your face clean before attaching it to MY face? If you're have occasionally oily skin type, fine I might close one eye. But dude, you're the full blown pimples all over oh wait, when I say pimples I really mean volcanic erupting anytime type of aliens growing on his face. You know how disgusting is that?!
I really won't mind if for some reason you feel the need to attached your face to mine but I at least expect nothing, especially droplets of facial oil or pus (Oh god, please no.) to be left behind when you decided to you know, set my face free.
2. The "nnnnnggggggggggg" whiner
This annoys me to no end as well as makes me cringe and flinch along with the unbearable urge to stab you with a thousand knifes before smearing salt over you, all at the same time. If you have no idea what i'm talking about, here I'll explain it to you.
First, make a face like you're sitting in the toilet trying to squeeze out a huge dump. Good, now make the sound that you'll naturally make. Good, It sounds like a "nggg" right? Ok now lengthen that "Ngg" and draggggg it so it goes like "nGGggggGGGggggg~".
Now picture this done by a full grown guy, I'm sure you got my drift. One of my ex was standing behind me on the escalator and for a reason I can't remember what, he started to do that ngg thing with the shit face (literally) up to a point I was almost expecting him to stomp his feet like a kid would. It's not CUTE in any way and I guess it didn't help that he's also the pimple face guy.
I swear it took all my discipline and fear of the law to stop myself from just pushing him down the freaking escalator.
3. The merry go round kind of guy
This is the type that really drives you insane in an argument. *cue music: you spin my head right round right round..*
Here's an example:
Him: Where are you?
Me: Walking home from Hougang mall (which is 5 mins away from my home)
Him: Why you never tell me you go out?
Me: I didn't see the need to cause I'm only going there to borrow books and head home.
Him: Yeah.. but why never tell me?
Me: I told you I dont see the need to. I'll only be here for like 15 minutes only.
Him: But you can tell me what. WHY NEVER TELL ME!
Me: I already told you the reason.
Him: but still. Why you never tell me!
Me: * stab myself *
And that's the mild cases. Imagine a huge fight that involves me explaining 15 minutes? You get my point.
4. The EMO freak
I seriously hate it when guys go all emo and drown in self pity. And it's freaking annoying when they sit in one corner, not talking or responding much when you try to keep a conversation going and just look at you with those supposedly sad eyes, obviously dying for you to fuss all over them like their mum. *roll eyes*
I know what you're thinking, as a girlfriend I should fuss over them a little. But guess what? Here's how it normally plays out.
Me: What's wrong?
Him: Nothing. (looks down and away as though he's acting in some freaking drama)
Me: Come on, tell me what's wrong.
Him: Nothing, really.
Me: You sure?
Him: Yeah. (obviously pretending to smile before looking down and away)
Me: ok than. (annoyed)
5 minutes later.
Him: Why you don't care me when I'm upset one?
WTF. You tell me, ANNOYING ANOT?
This is getting long so I'll stop here. This post is done in good fun and is meant to laugh at ourselves. I really do loved my exes. *cough* Really.

♥ Drawing tutorial
Hello!
*Warning: Mad long post with truckloads of images coming up, if you have a slow connection do make yourself a cup of tea before proceeding.*
Today, I'm going to do a tutorial on drawing! In fact, today we're drawing an anime character. This is really just how I learnt to draw and I think there isn't any 'correct' way of drawing. And yes, I'm not exactly drawing like a pro but I'm just sharing.
Now, Here's what you'll need.
1. Pencils
I'm using mechanical pencils today but really, it's up to you which type you want to use. Make sure you have two different shades though. One should have a lighter shade which we'll use to draw and the other with a darker shade for outlining when we're done.
2. Paper
I'm using a cartridge exercise book, what I like about it is that it's not huge like a drawing block but the papers in it is of the same texture as those in a drawing block. You can use either one as long as the paper is of drawing block texture.
3. Eraser
Trust me, you'll be needing plenty of this. Plenty.
4. Print out of your anime character
Search online for a picture of the anime character you want to draw. It is important to print it black and white especially if you're a beginner. Reason is that it makes it easier for you to see where all the shadows are and the shade of the shadows in each area. The printout do not have to be the same size as what you plan to draw. You're not tracing so any size will do.
I'll explain why we're printing this out later.
5. Open up the image on your computer for stand by
You must be wondering "Why on earth do I have to do that when I've already printed them out??", well the reason is that if you have a shitty printer (like I do) most often than not, the lines of the anime in certain area will not be clear (especially when there's a complicated inter-cross section). So having it on the computer will help you in deciding where goes where.
Done. Now it's time to draw! Whooo!
The method I'm using is for beginners. Most of the time, we (beginners) cannot draw free hand. Right? And when we do, either the head is too big or the body is too big or one eye is bigger than the other. So to counter that problem, we'll use guidelines. Here's what we do.
I'm going to draw this anime character, Shana from shakugan no shana.
Now prepare your paper and draw a line in the middle like this. Do it horizontally and vertically.
Remember to use the pencil with a lighter shade and don't press too hard when you're drawing. This is because all this guidelines will be erased when we're done. Pressing too hard will make it really hard to erase and it'll look ugly with lines all around your masterpiece. You don't have to be very accurate with the 'middle' thing. Just gauge roughly will do as long as it's not too crooked or out of alignment.
Next, do the same to your print out.
If you noticed, most of the drawing will fall in the right half of the paper. Now, we do this step by step. Divide the top right box into more grids. What you do is really just draw a line in the middle over and over again until you're happy with the size. Do the same to your print out.
Here's what my printout look like.
Your drawing should look abit like this.
As you see, the guideline practically tells you how wide the curve should be and how straight the line should be, etc. Therefore, all you have to do is draw according to what you see in the printout. For example, 1st row 2nd box from the right in the print out should be the same as the 1st row 2nd box from the right in your drawing.
As and when you find that you need more guidelines, just continue dividing the boxes and do the same in your printout. The more boxes there are, the more proportionate and accurate your drawing will be.
Here's what I did.
As you can see, I'm putting in more guidelines so that it makes it easier for me to draw. Of course, you dont have to be super accurate with the lines, gauge roughly and have fun.
When drawing the eyes, do spend more time on them. Make sure they're proportionate because anime do focus on their eyes after all.
Step 15:
Finally, all done. Now you'll need to clean up the drawing. Time to erase all the guidelines and darken the outlines of the drawing.
And you're done for now. Yay!!
Now fill in the eyes and you'll get this:
Dont panic if your drawing looks abit weird. I know mine does. But the reason is.. you have not done the shading yet! So do on and shade in the shadows. For this part, you can use guidelines to help you if the shadows are big and nicely cut but otherwise you'll have to rely on freehand shading (is there such a term?). Once the shadings is in, it'll look perfect.
I dont have a picture of my drawing with the shadings because I was toolazy busy.

Today, I'm going to do a tutorial on drawing! In fact, today we're drawing an anime character. This is really just how I learnt to draw and I think there isn't any 'correct' way of drawing. And yes, I'm not exactly drawing like a pro but I'm just sharing.
Now, Here's what you'll need.
1. Pencils
I'm using mechanical pencils today but really, it's up to you which type you want to use. Make sure you have two different shades though. One should have a lighter shade which we'll use to draw and the other with a darker shade for outlining when we're done.
2. Paper
I'm using a cartridge exercise book, what I like about it is that it's not huge like a drawing block but the papers in it is of the same texture as those in a drawing block. You can use either one as long as the paper is of drawing block texture.
3. Eraser
Trust me, you'll be needing plenty of this. Plenty.
4. Print out of your anime character
Search online for a picture of the anime character you want to draw. It is important to print it black and white especially if you're a beginner. Reason is that it makes it easier for you to see where all the shadows are and the shade of the shadows in each area. The printout do not have to be the same size as what you plan to draw. You're not tracing so any size will do.
I'll explain why we're printing this out later.
5. Open up the image on your computer for stand by
You must be wondering "Why on earth do I have to do that when I've already printed them out??", well the reason is that if you have a shitty printer (like I do) most often than not, the lines of the anime in certain area will not be clear (especially when there's a complicated inter-cross section). So having it on the computer will help you in deciding where goes where.
Done. Now it's time to draw! Whooo!
The method I'm using is for beginners. Most of the time, we (beginners) cannot draw free hand. Right? And when we do, either the head is too big or the body is too big or one eye is bigger than the other. So to counter that problem, we'll use guidelines. Here's what we do.
I'm going to draw this anime character, Shana from shakugan no shana.
Now prepare your paper and draw a line in the middle like this. Do it horizontally and vertically.

Remember to use the pencil with a lighter shade and don't press too hard when you're drawing. This is because all this guidelines will be erased when we're done. Pressing too hard will make it really hard to erase and it'll look ugly with lines all around your masterpiece. You don't have to be very accurate with the 'middle' thing. Just gauge roughly will do as long as it's not too crooked or out of alignment.
Next, do the same to your print out.
If you noticed, most of the drawing will fall in the right half of the paper. Now, we do this step by step. Divide the top right box into more grids. What you do is really just draw a line in the middle over and over again until you're happy with the size. Do the same to your print out.
Here's what my printout look like.
Your drawing should look abit like this.
As you see, the guideline practically tells you how wide the curve should be and how straight the line should be, etc. Therefore, all you have to do is draw according to what you see in the printout. For example, 1st row 2nd box from the right in the print out should be the same as the 1st row 2nd box from the right in your drawing.
As and when you find that you need more guidelines, just continue dividing the boxes and do the same in your printout. The more boxes there are, the more proportionate and accurate your drawing will be.

As you can see, I'm putting in more guidelines so that it makes it easier for me to draw. Of course, you dont have to be super accurate with the lines, gauge roughly and have fun.

When drawing the eyes, do spend more time on them. Make sure they're proportionate because anime do focus on their eyes after all.

Finally, all done. Now you'll need to clean up the drawing. Time to erase all the guidelines and darken the outlines of the drawing.

And you're done for now. Yay!!
Now fill in the eyes and you'll get this:
Dont panic if your drawing looks abit weird. I know mine does. But the reason is.. you have not done the shading yet! So do on and shade in the shadows. For this part, you can use guidelines to help you if the shadows are big and nicely cut but otherwise you'll have to rely on freehand shading (is there such a term?). Once the shadings is in, it'll look perfect.

Alright anyway, I'll be staying off the podcast for awhile until my exams are over and i really should get back to studying (Yes, i know. I said this so freaking many times but still ended up making podcast. See how much I love you people?!).
It's like 4.37 in the morning now. I'm so gonna stay awake to catch everyday food at 5.30am. Curse the whoever it is in charge of arranging tv programme for shiftin it from 4am to 5.30am. Now I always have something to look forward to when I stay up late which isn't doing anything good to my skin! Thankfully I dont have any pimples breakout (yet).

♥ My first podcast
Hello!
Yes, here's my first try on a podcast (if you call that a podcast). I was having a blocked nose and pitifully using my camera so that's why at some parts it sound like i'm breathing into the camera and some part of it just sound weird. Like when I say "I'm really happy today" it came out as "I happy today." wtf.
Anyway, I recorded this at about 3.30 in the morning wtf. So if you have no idea what am I talking about, it's perfectly alright. I can understand. I mean I can understand why you dont understand me not that I can understand what I was talking abou-... oh nevermind.
And yes, I just can't pronounce Hedda lettuce for some reason. =.=

♥ I'm turning into a vampire.
Well, almost.
The overnight cramming session in an attempt to study for my exams have totally turn my sleeping time haywire. I'm wide awake through the wee hours and sleepy like god knows what in the afternoon.
Fail.
In fact, I think my dog is turning into a vampire as well. He seems to follow my sleeping pattern. When I sleep, he sleeps. When I dont sleep... well i make sure he dont sleep. :x
Double fail.
Oh well, today will be a short post since i'm blogging while my home made pizza (did i say YUMMMMMMY?) is toasting in the oven.
And one more thing, i'm opening up advertising space on my blog for people interested in putting up banners linking to their blog here. entry advertorial is also welcomed. Charges is very minimum so email me with your budget and we'll discuss from there. Yawns. bye!

♥ Lazy saturday.
Hohoho, I'm back! The weather is perrrrrfect on saturday, isn't it? Okay, maybe a tact too hot for my liking but it's feels pretty good to get sunburnt busk in the sun once in a while.
And the cousin and I had a brillant idea to go fishing. (which we later kinda regretted since it's so freaking hot that our bait was almost cooked by the heat halfway through fishing. wtf.)
So first stop, the local wet market to get our prawns.
I seriously think we kana cheated can. We walked to NTUC to find 300g worth of prawns costed around 3 bucks. So thinking it's more 'worth it' to get our prawns from the wet market since 1kg costed 8 bucks, we headed back to the wet market to buy our bait. We bought 300g of bait and the uncle demanded 4 bucks from us!
We wanted to sort of you know, question the uncle but since he looked rather fierce and we both don't fancy getting beaten up so... we cowardly kept quiet and left. T.T Of course, we complained all the way to the fishing spot. lol
Thankfully, our mood lighten up when we reach our destination. I mean just look at the place!
Sigh, so relaxing minus the 500 degree temperature, stupid burning sun. First 5 minutes upon reaching there, I dropped the whole roll of fishing line into the freaking sea while holding on to one end of the line. =.=
The next 15 minutes resulted in the fellow fishing uncles trying their best to help us get that stupid roll of fishing line, which is quickly floating away with the waves. It never came back. Sigh. Thankfully, since I'm holding on to one end of the fishing line, we are still able to fish.
Hohoho, and guess what! I'm gooooood ok! Take a look at my catch, I'll amaze you.
I caught a totally of 2 fishes. Fine, they are tiny but who cares! At least I caught something. Oh yeah, I even caught a freaking crab.. USING A FISHING LINE! HA!
Erm, ok fine. I didn't really 'catch' it. More like it got angry with my bait and decided to pinch it to death even when I reeled it in. Ha, stupid crab.
Anyway, by then we are sweating like god knows what and we're thinking 'why the heck did we wear black today' when my dad called saying that they're bringing butter for a haircut and asked if we wanted to tag along. Of course we said yes.
And by haircut, we meant FULLY BOTAK. Yes, he look super ugly now. Super unglam and I can't stop laughing whenever I look at him.
It's no wonder he look so depressed nowadays.

♥ Tongue piercing
Hohohoho, did I mention that I HAD MY TONGUE PIERCED?
*insert victory laugh plus dance for 10 minutes*
I'm so darn happy. My iniate plan was to wait till the exams are over before I get pierced but my mum, being the stunner, turned to me and said, "This month is a good month what (wtf??), why don't get it pierced now?"
No, she didn't say wtf. That's just what I was thinking while she's telling me that. So being the obedient girl I am, I heed her advice! hehe.
So off I went to Heeren, body decor to get it pierced! I was scared like hell. But the piercer whose name is HP is really nice and paitent I would say. She's smiling, friendly and is very willing to entertain questions. So after choosing my stud, I made payment etc and we were told to come back 15 minutes later as she need to sterilise the stud, needle, etc.
That was the worse 15 minutes of my life.
No kidding, I was freaking out! My hands were cold and my heart was thumping like no tomorrow. My friends tried to distract me by taking photos and before I knew it, it's time!
So we went into this small room in the shop and HP was really professional, talking me through which spot she is going to pierce, why that location, etc. And than I was to gurgle this really nasty mouthwash which is reallly numbing and she proceeded to clamp my tongue. This is the part that took the longest through out the whole piercing.
That's cause the tongue is slippery so the clamp kept moving and she must get it position correctly or else the piercing might be slanting to one side,I think. Some people say this is the part that hurts the most but it didn't hurt at all. It's just abit uncomfortable cause something is holding your tongue.
After that, she told me to close my eyes and not look. So I did and I could feel the needle going through my tongue. I'm not going to lie, it hurts. But it's really bearable. Out of 10, maybe 3? But it lasted only a sec, and after that the barbell went through. Another second of pain. And you're done.
Of course, today's the second day of the piercing so my tongue is still swelling. But somehow I find that yesterday was worse. (: That's also why I've been drinking a lot of ice water and visiting the toilet so much.
I must say though, I LOVE MY TONGUE PIERCING!!!

School had officially ended. It's the start of the study break before the exams starts. I got to say, the exams are scary. Freaking scary. the amount we had to memorize in the textbooks AND notes is downright obscene. Sigh.
Yet strangly, I'm looking forward to mugging at my old school. (:
I missed the cheap macdonalds and yummmy toasted sandwiches there.
Anyway, went for Kbox and caught Phobia 2.
For the first 4 story.. it sucked. One was like freaking resident evil, one don't really make sense, one have ghost that looks like robots with a style of lord of the rings and one is.. average. But I'll have to give it to the fifth story. It's freaking hilarious.
I totally love the actors in the fifth story. If I'm not wrong, they are the ones from the camping story in Phobia 1. I was laughing so hard and I think it's more funny than scary.
"The show mud go on."
HAHAHAHHAHAHAHA. I know you won't understand why I'm laughing but you'll have to watch it to understand. Mwahahaha.
I won't recommend you watching it in the cinemas. Rent a DVD and watch. (:

♥ Dyed my hair brown! :D
Whoooo!
Yes, ladies and gentlemen, I have created history. For I have sucessfully dyed my hair brown(!). And it's done on my own with my cousin using DIY hair dye! Yes, for the first time ever!!!
No, I mean I had dyed my hair before but I have always insisted on doing it at the saloon. :p
It was totally unplanned (the hair dying). We were just on the way back from sushi (which was delicious by the way) and we saw this diy hair dye product and for god knows what reason, I said, "Alright, let's try it".
Anyway, the one I tried is called "Liese bubble hair colour". It's really cool! Since I have very long hair, I decided to mix two colours together.
And my choices are...
Yes, ladies and gentlemen, I have created history. For I have sucessfully dyed my hair brown(!). And it's done on my own with my cousin using DIY hair dye! Yes, for the first time ever!!!
No, I mean I had dyed my hair before but I have always insisted on doing it at the saloon. :p
It was totally unplanned (the hair dying). We were just on the way back from sushi (which was delicious by the way) and we saw this diy hair dye product and for god knows what reason, I said, "Alright, let's try it".
Anyway, the one I tried is called "Liese bubble hair colour". It's really cool! Dance class at studio wu was fun! but seriously, the warm up was definitely no joke. We were made to twist here, bend there, balance here, lift that leg, omg. I swore I thought i went to gymnastics class by accident.
Now i'm aching all over. ahhhh.
But hopefully I'll be able to dance real nice sooooon! :D

I know I grew silent. I tried to pretend like nothing was wrong but I couldn't. It had never felt so hard to paste a smile on my face. But I just couldn't.
At that time, I just wanted to cry. To scream. To shout. To yell at you. But I know I couldn't. I know I wouldn't. I caught you looking at me with a worried look on your face. "Are you sure you're ok?"
Such a fool. I was such a fool. I smiled, and said "Yeah, I'm fine." I was yet another random thing to do. Another at the spur of the moment. Another someone who will always take second stage. Another someone whom you forgot has feelings too. Another someone whom you forgot might get hurt. Another someone...
On the way home after we part, I looked at your msg. It took so much effort just to hold everything in. I stared up into the ceiling and counted to 10.. 20... 30. Yes, all the way home just so that I would not cry.
Somehow tears were already falling. It hurts. In there, it really hurts.

♥ Oh bullshit.
Individual assignment for OB (Oh Bullshit) is finally over and done with! YES! And Yes, I officially hate/ despise/ loathe/ detest referencing! Doing the referencing alone can get me miserably flipping through book by book for hours. Really, no kidding. The night before handing in, the girls came over for a sleep over to chiong for this sickening project.
We were stressed out and we went completely nuts. Literally, we were laughing and cracking up at the tiniest thing. Cracking up at Amp's thai accent which had never failed to get us bursting from laughter and how many pimples had gathered on shu's face. :p
After fooling around, we went and had a wonderful meal at Suki sushi!
Just look at how messy my table became.

She is very happy. lol.
It was fun having the girls around. We were laughing so hard and stressing so much. That night we slept at around 6am in the morning and the three of us hand in our assignment the next day and sleepily went home for a nice long nap. (:

♥ Night in st james
Oh my god.
Ladies and gentlemen, I WENT CLUBBING. Mwahhahahahahaha.
Okay, if you didn't know my parents are famous for being super duper uber over, no scratch that, make it triple god all mighty over protective. And for some reason, they actually agreed to let me spend the night out. HA! Miracles do happen after all.
On the bus while we're on the way there. :D
We wanted to look for this lesbian club called PLAY but after spending one hour touring around chinatown, we still can't locate it! D: In the end, feeling loser-ish, we hail a cab and went down to ST JAMES!
It was soooooo damn fun. The stage performance was terrific and the dancers are hawt. Me and cousin will going gaga over one of the cute ones and we'll go all nuts whenever he takes the stage. *swooooon*

After the super high performance, there was a short while when the gay host took over and had a mini game with the audience. It was dirty and it's downright hilarious. I was laughing my head off seriously.
Anyway, they are suppose to shout URGH! and ARGH! accordingly to which fist the host throws out. So if he throws the right fist, you go ARGH! If he throws out the left fist, you go URGH!. The contestants messed up a little and you know what's the penatly? SQUEEZE BALLS.
HAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAA.
The guy on the left got squeezed twice I think. I was laughing so damn hard. It's insane.

♥ I wonder.
I've been watching a series of drama nowadays. Its funny how you seem to fell in love along with the female lead, and you hurt and cry with her, you smile and feel touched with her, its almost like you're there. Maybe that's why so many fans around the whole gets addicted to dramas eh?
In that tiny screen, you get to feel sorrow, happiness, anger and most importantly, you get a taste of happiness. Even for a short while until your brain decides to remind you it's just a drama. In those heart wrenching series, no matter how annoying the girl is, no matter how much the guy hates her, in the end, happiness still comes their way. Simple things such as sitting beside each other in the bus, going to the movies or just tutioning together is filled with so much love. But in reality, is happiness really that simple?
Will someone really loved you that much? Will I be able to love someone that much? Will that someone be so... ideal?

♥ Timbre the night.
It was my cousin's 21st birthday celebration and off the tempuras went to timbre at the ArtHouse. It was gorgeous that place and I simply adore the buffalo wings. Like serious foodgasim. The sauce was finger licking good and the chicken wings are crispy and hot. Perfection. *swoon*
And one of the best thing is their live band. For that night, we had an acoustic band and girl, she got talent. That singer was damn good and I swear she sang better than taylor swift. No, seriously. We are all abit high I guess and we were singing around and swaying like a bunch of monkeys to all the songs.
Well, some of us got tipsy and someone got drunk. Mwahahha. See that peach coloured drink there? That's fruit punch. And who's drinking fruit punch? Yours truly.
Fine, I just can't stand the taste of alcohol, that bitter aftertaste. Ergk. But weird thing is, even though I'm only drinking mocktails (aka fruit punch), I managed to get a headache. The headache I get when I drink. And where did that come from? Hmmmm.
Could be I keep stealing sips from the tempuras. Hehe.
For some reason, I was rather quiet that night. Could be the surrounding, the beautiful view at clarke quay or the singing that made me rather... emotional. On the walk to the taxi stand, I hooked arms with my cousin and kind of isolate ourselves from the rest as we walked slower from the group. We talked about how our hearts just arn't really blessed and how tricky love can be.
But in the end, we both agreed. At least no matter what happens, we'll still have each other. (:

♥ I missed you today.
It was drizzling as i sat on my bed alone. The bell on my puppy's collar tinkle as he shift slightly in his sleep. I reach down and carried him into my arms, kissing him lightly on the head.
His fur is so soft with a hint of shampoo. I used to hug him like this as he look up at me with those big brown eyes. We would spend the afternoon just staring out the window as he look around curiously at the random passerbys.
Moving out of my embrace, my puppy curled up in my lap as he return to sleep. I remember how I liked talking to him while he's really sleepy. I would laugh at how he struggles to open his eyes to look at me while trying to resist sleep.
I was so crushed when cancer took you away from me. You were my best friend. We practically grew up together and you so much a part of my life. It breaks my heart seeing you getting weaker each day. From the panting after a short walk, to no longer running around the house, to long naps and finally, you can't even stand on your own.
The day at the vet, my mum tried to lift you until you're standing on your feet, but you fell. She lifted you on your feet and you still fell. You were lying there looking at us, just lying there. Were you saying your goodbyes?
When you were gone, our house grew cold and quiet. Sometimes we thought we heard a tinkle of bell or a quick blur of brown fur. Was it you with us?
Are you in heaven now? Where you can run around freely like you used to and no longer tormented by cancer?
My puppy stirred in his sleep and looked up at me curiously as tears wet his back. He sat up and licked my tears gently as though silently saying, "Are you alright? I'm here."
I smiled at him.

Hello my sweet darlings.
I am finally free! :D
Working part time at tp had come to an end and I'm sort of having my holidays. So free that cousin, soon, fayeruz and I went pubbing at Loof! It is liek freaking hot there can. Or was it because of the drinks that made me hot. Hmm. Anyway, I offically do not like Lychee martini. Infact, I think I cannot withstand that drink, one is able to make me dizzy and blushing and hot all over. :P
I like the company that night. So relaxing and so enjoyable. Let's go wednesday!
Oh yeah, I fianlly caught a 3D movie, Monsters vs Alien!!!
The story and plot was alright I guess. But I enjoyed the 3D part. :P Next on my list is Up and the button something movie.
