But for once, i'm glad I got pranked. Cause it means 98,7fm is finally Ris-Free! whoo!

For those who followed me on twitter, you'll know that recently (in fact, yesterday) my cousin and I made muah chee! Yes, home made! And it's oh so easy and cheap can! You don't even need to boil/steam/cook what so ever, just microwave!

Ok, those of you who have never heard of muah chee (you're missing out man.), muah chee is actually a chinese specialty snack eaten throughout Southeast Asia. It is a boiled gooey rice dough cut into small pieces and coated with finely chopped peanuts and sugar.

MAD YUMMY! Ok here's what you'll need.

1) Glutinous rice flour - 125 grams

2) Peanut powder

3) Sugar

4) Water - double of your rice flour

5) 2 teaspoon of oil

Yes, basically that's all. Glutinous rice flour and peanut powder! Ok fine, you also need sugar, water and oil. But still, mad easy.

Alright!

First pour the Glutinous rice flour into a container that is microwave-able. This time we used 125grams of the rice flour. It's enough for 3 to 4 servings!

I can't find my measuring scale for the flour so we used this instead. Which I'm sure everyone have one at home. (:

Next, pour in some water. Ok, the amount of water you should pour is should be double the amount of your flour! So 250 ml of water for this one and mix it well. Make sure you get all the flour well mixed so that the texture of the muah chee will be smooth. You don't want to bite into balls of flour when you're enjoying your muah chee.

With that done, pour in two teaspoon of oil and mix it well. And it's ready to be popped into the microwave!

Put it on high heat for 7 minutes. In the meantime, start preparing your peanut powder!

Now prepare a nice big bowl for your peanut powder. How much peanut powder to pour in depends on your liking. If you like your muah chee with alot of peanuts, than go ahead and pour more.

Here's how much I used:

As you can see, I'm a huge fan. And mix in some sugar so that it'll be sweet. Again, how much sugar depends on how sweet you like your muah chee to be. Just pour in a few spoonfuls and taste before pouring more. I love mine sweet so I must say i'm very generous with the sugar. hohohoho.

When your rice flour is done, take it out and start cutting it up into small pieces. It's extremely sticky so use scissors and be prepared to get your hands dirty. After cutting it, throw it into the peanut mixture and prepare to have a food-ganism.

I highly recommend eating it while its warm. Man, looking at the photos makes me so hungry right now. ARGH!

So there, mad easy right? Now you can go impress your friends with home made Muah Chee! :D

I'm in a very good mood today because I finally have my sushi cravings fulfilled! *thrust* Though now I have seoul garden cravings. Damit, I'm practically pregnant with all this cravings! I'm so gonna get fatter. BAH!

Anyway, I officially declare that I adore skype! I know I know, skype had been around for ions but I've only recently installed it so YEAH. Back off *growl* And I like how huge the webcam windows are! I can finally see who I'm talking to clearly! WHOO!

And the reason why i'm slacking with my updates is because I have trillions, gazillions of assigments to do, videos to edit, posters to photoshop that I'm practically kicking myself for ever voluntarily paid more than 16 thousand bucks to enter this kind of torture. BUT!

There are gonna be nice nice updates soon! Once I fixed my wireless this Tuesday, i'll be making videos on my laptop and going to events, yah dah yah dah. :D :D
