♥ MOVE YOUR BODY!
This is part of the movement to remind everyone to eat healthy and to work out. Erm.. well something like that. So what they did is to do what they like doing the most, DANCE! and I adore this music video! Okay, I love watching people dance but this dance is really wicked!
... she did it in heels. *salute*
