♥ So sweet can give you diabetes!
Okay, I really should stop procrastinating. In fact, I've told myself to stop procrastinating so many times on this blog that I had actually learnt how to spell 'procrastinating' without having to rely on the spell check. FML.
Anyway, I am here to show off cause the boyfriend made me feel so touched the other day. HAHAHA, okay lah, not really show off lah. Just want to share with you only.
... or in other words, show off. HAHAHAHA.
Okay I lied. I procrastinated again. I actually did the top of this post last night and saved it as draft and went off to gaming. -______________-"
Anyway, I think my boyfriend is very sweet! For our anniversary, we actually sorta have a plan to try out MOF for dinner. But he had OT and I was feeling rather hungry (didn't eat anything the whole day) and was thinking of canceling the dinner and just spend the day at home like we normally would. Surprisingly, he told me to wait awhile more and he would try to get off work soon. Totally unexpected! I was expecting him to say okay one loh! HAHA.
30 Minutes later, he called to say he's FREEEEEEEE!
But by the time we went down to City Hall, I was on the brim of crossing over and seeing the light already, so we went to Soup Spoon instead cause it's nearer. HAHA.
He had the breadbowl while I had the large bowl of Simon and Garfunkel Chicken and Mushroom Ragout. But the waiter gave me the wrong order and it became Tangy Tomato with Basil instead. -____-
But when I first got the soup, I was still thinking "Weird, I remembered having alot of potatoes and meat in my soup. Why now all become carrot and peppers?" But since I was the one who introduced this soup I have to suck it up and kept saying "Wah, this soup so nice!" infront of my boyfriend. -____-
And when my boyfriend finally got his soup, WE started wondering why the soups different colour one. Plus why mine taste so sour and different! That's when it finally dawn on me.. wrong order. -________- Took us so long to figure it out loh. FML.
But the nice boyfriend let me have his soup in the end. HAHAHAHA. I simply LOVE Simon and Garfunkel Chicken and Mushroom Ragout. (Even though I seriously can't pronounce the name. I always order it as "Can I have a bowl of the simon something something. Thank you." HAHAHAHAH. wtf I know.)
Oh and the boyfriend ordered a set so it also came with a half sandwich.
It's some smoked ham something, I can't remember. Thats the problem with procrastination paired with a bad memory. SIGHS.
So you'll think by now, we're both damn full right? Well, you're correct. But that didn't stop us from getting more food. #iseemywaistlineexpandingohshit
Coincidently, he wants to get food from Chippy but being the potato lover I am, I want to try the best fries forever which is located right beside each other. No really, the store is named 'Best Fries Forever'. You tell me lah, can don't try anot? Best fries FOREVER leh.
Did I mention that I can foresee my waistline expanding? So he got his erm mash potato (!) with cheesy hotdog which didn't look very yummylicious in photo.
But very VERY yummylicious in your mouth. Actually, the mash potato tastes exactly like those you can get in 7 eleven. As for the cheesy hotdog, go get it in NTUC and toast it in the oven and tadah! You get the same thing at a cheaper price. #cheapskate
And I got my fries and I chose the cheesy dip. It's not bad I guess. But prolly not on my top list of cravings. After which we went back to my place to watch solitary.
AHHAHAHA the end. No lah, actually he gave me a surprise. :D
So actually right, the boyfriend is normally not a remember anniversary and give you anniversary gift type of boy. And since the 4th month is not like an one year anniversary or anything, I was fully expecting it to be a 'go out have dinner the end' type of thing but as we're finishing dinner, he handed me a gift!!
AHHHH!! DAMN CUTE RIGHT!!! It's a scheduler that we saw the other day and I totally went nuts over it cause its so cute! Plus I have a huge weakness for notebooks. God knows how many times I've bought those pretty notebooks home but ended up collecting them instead cause I just can't bear to write in them.
And he also gave me a card filled with some of the sweetest things I long to hear. (:

♥ SUSHI DESU!
Well, guess what I made for lunch this fabulous tuesday afternoon.
Okay fine, it's the simple boiled prawn on rice sushi but that's one of my favorite mah!Plus I only have prawns in my fridge. Ehem. But whatever, it looks gorgeous and it is DELICIOUS!
I know what you're thinking. "It's just freaking boiled prawn on rice! How wrong can you go?!" BUT YOU ARE WRONG! *defensive* Cause the rice needs special seasoning okay! Plus I didn't have any rice vinegar so I have to make my own. Not make my own rice vinegar lah, I not THAT pro. I mean make my own sushi rice seasoning. And it's so fun kneading the rice into bite size sushi rice ball!
I think it looks not bad for a first try! Ehem, OKAY LAH. Some of the prawn look abit erm, funny but can don't so picky anot! It all tastes the same once it's in your mouth. *shifty eyes*
I had fun though. Maybe I shall venture into more sushi making soon! Tempura, salmon, unagi here I come!
